So, this post is a little late coming, but I went to the local museum a few weeks ago to see an exhibit titled 'Cut! Costume and the Cinema' which featured several movie costumes from famous films.
Here are Sherlock Holmes and Watson's outfits from the recent Sherlock Holmes.
Christine Daae's dress from Phantom of the Opera.
Gertrude's dress in Hamlet.
Kate Winslet's dress in Finding Neverland.
Anjelica Houston's gown from Ever After.
There were so many more too.
Definitely a worthwhile exhibit, I'll have to look out for other costume exhibits that come my way :)
